Margaret Holwill suggests that Star and Shamrock (1341 H St) may be soft open as soon as Friday night.
UPDATE: We have now confirmed that Star and Shamrock will be doing their neighborhood preview/soft opening tonight and tomorrow starting at 8 p.m. Slainte!
