Loree Grand goes live, applications available now for artist housing/work space in new building at 250 K St NE

The Loree Grand -- the first component of the Union Place development, located at the corner of 3rd & K Sts NE -- is making applications available now to house 30 artists in residence beginning early this summer. The building will also include over 200 residential units, a roof garden, a courtyard, a gym and ground floor retail. Occupancy is slated for June.
