Sticky Rice to resume liquor sales Friday, remains open in meantime

Sticky Rice appeared before ABRA earlier today and resolved the pending investigation that stemmed from an incident there last week.  The Attorney General's office recommended that they be allowed to resume serving alcohol tonight, but ABRA rejected that agreement and instead required Sticky Rice to wait until Friday to being serving alcohol again.  TBD has a few more details on the terms of the final agreement.
