Chef Gillian Clark of Kitchen on K Street (250 K St NE), the General Store and Post Office and formerly Colorado Kitchen will be on the Food Network's Throwdown with Bobby Flaw tonight at 8:30 to determine who makes the best fried chicken.
Will Chef Clark join H Street's Chef Teddy Folkman in triumph or come a close runner up as Dangerously Delicious Pies Rodney Henry did in battle quiche?

Ugh.
Her fried chicken really isn't that good, perhaps there is too much anger emanating from the kitchen. Either that, or I had it in the afternoon after hours under a heat lamp.
