Khan's Mongolian BBQ opening at 1125 H Street later this month

Khan's Bar & Grill (1125 H St) brings Mongolian BBQ (create your own stir-fry) to H Street later this month.  Khan's is very close to opening on the SW corner of 12th & H with construction complete, signs up, staff being hired, and only the very last of their adminstrative hurdles left to clear prior to opening.

Khan's will be open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner and will stay open late on weekends for Mongolian BBQ  / choose your own stir-fry and drinks.

At Khan's, you'll pick your own veggies, sauce, spices, and meat for Mongolian BBQ style cooking.  They'll also have a bar menu available in the evening, which will offer another 12 items each for under $10.

The space is attrative and features a large bar as well as several flat screen televisions for soccer games and other events.  The bar will have 12 taps with mostly craft beers, including Japanese offerings Kirin and Asahi Super Dry, popular microbrews like Ommegang's Ommegeddon and Hook and Ladder's Golden Ale, as well as PBR, and a variety of bottled craft beers, sustainable wines, and cocktails designed to match the menu.

They hope to have a patio space along 12th St, but have not yet applied to use that space.  The opening date remains unset, but is expected to be before the end of the month.

  2. Looks good, but I hope they fix the typo on their menu sign before they open. (Complement vs compliment)
