BUY TICKETS HERE:

Grilled Rare Tuna with Dried Cranberry & Red Onion Arugula & Maple Dijon Vinaigrette paired w/ Schneider Weisse

This frothy, amber-colored wheat beer has light citrus notes that should cut through the many flavors present in the dish

Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Crostini paired w/ Anderson Valley Boont Amber

The powerful smoked flavor of this offering is complimented nicely by this easy-drinking amber w/ just enough hops to cleanse the palate

Pepper Seared Scallop with Honey Dijon paired w/ Eggenburg Urbock

This sweet, high-octane lager (9.8%) will extend the rich flavors of this delicious dish

Cranberry & Walnut Blondie Bar paired w/ Stiegl Radler

Like a "shandy", radlers are light lager cut w/ lemonade soda. Light, citrusy, and refreshing, this Viennese beer is perfect for washing down our final plate. It's great for breakfast too.

Food portions are small; servings of beer are 4-5 ounces. In order to properly prepare, we can only serve the full tasting of four courses. We do this because we love trying to bring special events to life and we sincerely hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
