Foie La La entries from Boundary Road, Atlas Room, Le Grenier, the Big Board, Granville Moores & Liberty Tree

7 of H Street's best restaurants are competing to offer the best foie gras dish now through December 30.  Stop by any of these establishments and then go to foielala.com to cast your vote for the best dish.  Details on the dishes our creative chefs have whipped up for the competition follow:

The Atlas Room - Seared and Chilled Foie Gras Torchon  | Spiced Cherry Walnut Caramel Nougatine | Passionfruit Gel $15

Boundary Road - Seared Foie Gras with Gingerbread Blini, Braised Collards, Crispy Pork Belly, and a Maple Apple Brandy Gastrique $19

The Big Board - Seared Foie Gras with Fig and Onion Compote $10. For $10, Add seared foie to our Port d'Amsterdam Burger (sautéed crimini mushrooms, port reduction and aged swiss, $9 for 6 oz. and $11 for an 8 oz. patty)

Granville Moore's - Foiestrami on Toasted Rye with Whole Grain Mustard and Slaw  $16

Le Grenier - Foie Gras revisite: Foie gras creme brulee, Sauternes-quince gelee & toast $8.95

Liberty Tree - Foie Gras Torchon with toasted brioche, balsamic red onion jam, baby arugula, fermented black pepper and sea salt
