Watershed's supper series continues with a hearty, festive game roast, featuring community-farmed, regionally-sourced fowl next Friday, December 9. Menu highlights include country style pate with toasted pistachio, cider-brined roasted game hen, pheasant and port wine cherry sausage, roasted new potatoes with rosemary, and chablis roasted pear with whipped armangnac vanilla cream. Come for happy hour, beginning at 5:00pm in the lounge, and stay for supper at 7:00pm. Watershed's Game Roast will also feature brews from DC Brau and live music. See the full menu after the break.
