Also congratulations to Granville Moores and Bikram Yoga Capitol Hill, runners up for Best Restaurant and Best Service Provider, respectively.
The City Paper broke the news that HR-57 -- one of the area's premire jazz venues -- is relocating to H Street, near 9th Street, in January.
