The Emporiyum, an event designed to introduce people with a passion for food to a selection of artisans from the Mid-Atlantic region and around the country is coming to Dock5 at Union Market on November 15 and 16. The two-day marketplace brings together a remarkable lineup of food and beverage purveyors. Meet the people behind the brands, taste and learn about their products, and wow friends and family for the holidays with unique edible gifts.
Local area favorites such as Erik Bruner-Yang (Toki Underground, Maketto), Spike Gjerde (Woodberry Kitchen), Bryan Voltaggio (Volt), and Luke’s Lobster welcome a roster of visitors including Paul Qui (Qui, East Side King), Momofuku Milk Bar, Mast Brothers Chocolate, Black Seed Bagels, Bittermilk, Quin Candy, Butter & Scotch, Bellocq Tea, will be on hand.
