Help design the new Sherwood Rec Center Playground w/ Sherwood Neighborhood Volunteers, DPR & DGS, Tues, Nov. 5, 7 pm @ Sherwood

For the past couple years the Sherwood Neighborhood Volunteers have been working to bring a playground to the Sherwood Recreation Center (640 10th St NE).  Their dream has finally come true and DC is getting ready to add a new playspace to serve the increasingly many young children in our neighborhood.  Join the Sherwood Neighborhood Volunteers, the Department of Parks & Recreation, the Department of General Services and SWS (the new school next door) to help design a great new playground for our neighborhood on Tuesday, November 5, 7 pm at Sherwood.
