Chef Matt Cordes unveils new menu at Atlas Room (1015 H St)

Atlas Room Chef/Owner Matt Cordes recently unveiled a new menu at the neighborhood's most critically acclaimed restaurant.  We've enjoyed every dish we've had here and can't recommend it highly enough.  If you haven't been, make plans to do so soon.
