Gepetto’s Catering will be coming with barbequed local meats (pulled pork and baby back ribs, smoked chickens, smoked brisket and homemade sides).
Mark’s Kettle-Korn is also new, and will be popping locally sourced popcorn on site. Mark sells only one flavor – salty-sweet, and trust me it is delicious.
Red Apron Butchery will be joining the market every week (rather than bi-weekly as they did last year), and will have breakfast sandwiches alongside its usual lineup of cured meats.
Copper Pot and Dolcezza will also come to market on a rotating basis, but will both be there for opening day!
