Fundrise is participating in the H Street Festival this Saturday. Fundrise is the D.C. based, crowd-equity/real estate investment platform that is offering D.C. and Virginia residents the opportunity to purchase equity in Fundrise 1351 H Street, LLC, which will be the future home of Maketto, a hybrid food and fashion market by the teams behind the restaurant Toki Underground and DURKL, a D.C.-based streetwear company.
Fundrise is hosting the Build a Better City Exhibit, which will focus on art and neighborhood development.

WHAT: Check out art from local graffiti artist Kelly Towles (he created a large scale mural installation on our building, found here), take part in live art with urban graphic artist Juan Pineda (he will be painting objects and themes on the inside walls of our building based off of what he hears from our exhibit visitors), jump in our photo booth, and join Fundrise for beer, an outdoor beer garden and live music.
