Here are the details on the reopening of the H Street Farmers' Market (625 H St) this Saturday, at 9 am. It should be a fun market with lots of vendors, including a few new ones, for the opening week.
The H Street NE FRESHFARM Markets opens early this year!
Farmers and Producers on Opening Day:Atwaters (breads, scones, cookies,soups); Blueberry Hill (organic veggies, green garlic); Cedarbrook (pork, lard); Copper Pot (pasta, sauces, preserves); Keswick Creamery (yogurt, cheeses); Quaker Valley (seasonal fruit and veg); Richfield Farm (veggies--maybe ASPARAGUS!); Garden Path Farm (pasture-raised meats, eggs); Red Apron (cured meats, mustard)--at market every week!; Dolcezza (gelato). NEW to Market: Carnivore BBQ/Gepetto Catering with slow-cooked BBQ, sauces and sides. Mark's Kettle Corn using local MD corn and popped fresh at market!
