As if you needed another reason to be eager to check out Toki Underground when it opens tomorrow, Chris Martino prepared the Toki Underground's cocktail list and H Street favorite Erin Edwards, formerly of Toyland, is in house preparing drinks. The cuisine is based from Taiwanese family recipes with Asian influences which was intended to carry over to the cocktail list.
