Public Meeting for Florida Avenue NE Transportation Improvements

 

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is hosting the third and final public meeting to guide the Florida Avenue Multimodal Transportation Study.  Members of the community are encouraged to attend this meeting to discuss the future of Florida Avenue NE.

 

Focusing on the Florida Avenue NE corridor from New York Avenue to H Street and Benning Road, the study is evaluating traffic safety, streetscape, and operational enhancements to improve this important corridor. At this meeting, participants will receive an update on project findings to date and will have an opportunity to provide input on several alternative concepts for improvements along the corridor.
