Early voting starts today

EARLY VOTES DATES AND LOCATIONS

You can vote using your choice of a paper ballot OR the new iVotronic electronic voting machine.

Dates: August 30th – September 11th
Time: 8:30am to 7:00pm

Location:
Board of Elections and Ethics – Old Council Chambers
One Judiciary Square
441 4th Street, NW
Washington, DC 20001

Cast a ballot using the new iVotronic electronic voting machine. Paper ballots will not be available at these sites.

Starting Saturday, September 4th from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm the following additional locations are available for early voting:

Turkey Thicket Recreation Center – Meeting Room
1100 Michigan Avenue, NE
Washington, DC 20017

Hine Junior High School – Auditorium
335 8th Street, SE
Washington, DC 20003

All voting locations will be closed on Sunday, September 5th and Sunday, September 12th.

  1. I am registered as "No Party". Can I still vote? I have heard rumors that I cannot.

    Also, do I have to do some sort of special registration to vote early? I registered months ago in Ward 6.

    Just want to make sure I can go to Judiciary Square this week to vote?
