The Washington Post noted that Scott Kennison, the opening Chief Operating Officer at the Atlas Performing Arts Center (1333 H St), is leaving after 8 years.  Kennison is being replaced by Kyle Rudgers, the current production manager at the Washington Performing Arts Society, starting July 5.
