DCMud: Steuart breaking ground on 360 Degrees H Street in July, with Giant open in 1.5 yrs

DC Mud has this update on Steuart Development's 360 Degrees H Street development, which will hold a Giant grocery store, another retail outlet, and a few hundred apartments on the north side of the 300 block of H Street.  DC Mud says ground breaking is expected by July 1.  We noticed they'd cleaned up the site a bit in recent weeks and look forward to seeing construction started.  According to the story, the residences should be available within 18 months and the Giant would open soon thereafter.
